Why is PitchLetters.com different from other online writing services?
No templates or cookie-cutters. We work directly with you to understand who you are writing to, what you want and why you are an outstanding choice. Our writers are adept at researching and writing and crafting an original, unique letter that fits your individual needs.
Can I select my writer?
You can state a preference, but we cannot guarantee that specific writers will be available.
Will I have direct contact with my writer?
Yes. You will communicate with your writer by online meeting, email, text or phone (likely a combination!).
What is the process?
Easy: Click on our Getting Started form, giving us some details about the job, grant or contract you are seeking and when you need it. We will match you to a writer best qualified to write your letter in the required time frame. We will send you a confirmation email that we have accepted your assignment, including a link to pay the 50% deposit required for us to get started. The balance is due when you accept the final draft of the letter.
How do I pay?
You can pay online with your credit or debit card. Our online payment systems are totally secure.
What if I’m not satisfied with the finished letter?
You are entitled to two free revisions. If you are not satisfied with the letter, we can either give it to another writer to work on or we will return half of your deposit.
Will my personal information and letter remain confidential?
Yes. Your personal information will be securely stored in our internal system that’s protected from intrusion. We do not share your letter and offer total confidentiality.
Do I own the letter after you write it?
Yes, your letter is a work-for-hire. Your contract entitles you to use the document for your own personal and professional use. And yes, we know you will copy it and use it for other letters. As long as it is for yourself, that’s fine.
